#GYM Looks | Fashion fitness

Forza e coraggio. Solo con la determinazione e la buona volontà riusciremo ad andare in palestra e a riprendere la fitness routine e la linea che desideriamo tanto! (Così dicono, almeno) E’ il momento di cominciare a pensare all’estate, in molte infatti hanno già iniziato sessioni di allenamento più o meno ferree pensando alla tanta agognata prova bikini. Molte stanno seguendo l’ormai famosa BBC (Bikini Body Challenge) e postano foto e ancora foto su Instagram, foto che io prontamente guardo mentre sto mangiando una fetta di pane e Nutella (a tal proposito.. visto il post di ieri?). Detto questo come diavolo si fa a trovare davvero la voglia? Io dico che si parte dal look. Il look da palestra giusto, colorato, tecnico ma soprattutto fygo è fondamentale per avere davvero la spinta necessaria per mettere il naso fuori di casa. Io ho trovato alcuni capi decisamente in, secondo me, e ve li posto con i relativi link su dove comprare non solo le mie proposte ma anche tantissimi altri pezzi fitness dai siti che più amo che potete abbinare come più vi piace per creare il vostro look da palestra perfetto! Le parole d’ordine sono: comodità, colore e glamour! Che ne pensate? Voi come andate in palestra o a correre? Buona giornata a tutti!

Com’on. We can do that. If we believe in that. If we believe that we can go to the gym, do some fitness training and have again the silhouette we desire! (or at least, it is what they say) This is the moment to start thinking about summer, a lot of girls have already started their training to gain the perfect bikini body. In fact, most of them have started the BBC (Bikini body challenge) training everyday and posting their photos on Instagram, photos that I alway see while eating a toast with chocolate (talking about that… have you seen yesterday’s post?). How the hell can I fell to ho to the gym? How can I put my nose outside my home? I think the key values is the outfit. If you find a look that’s comfy, technical and especially cool, that’s it! You’ll gain all the motivation you need to go to the gym. I found a lot of pieces that I love.
