Next week is Christmas. I didn’t want to make you anxious, but that’s it. This is the time to think about Christmas gifts. Who exchanges them beforehand, who on the Christmas eve, who on Christmas day, who after the holidays because family first and then friends. No matter when you give Christmas presents, you should get them in time! I share with you the top 5 wallet-proof Christmas gifts that will make you look good effortlessly. Let’s begin!
Furry slippers
I love them. They are warm, soft, colorful, funny and very comfortable, especially for the winter! You can find different styles in any shop, and all budgets. If you want to go on the cheap / fun side, I suggest you take a nice ride from Primark. If, on the other hand, you want to make a gift a little more refined, these below are my favorite slippers, for all budgets.
We start from Madewell (number one, pink and super furry!) around 35€, then we find Soludos (60 € circa, number 2) to end with Minnie Rose, luxurious and elegant, sopra ai 100€ (number 3).
Yankee Candles.. with cookies scent!
I love candles. I love the candles’ atmosphere and the fact that they can perfume every room to your liking. Every season and mood has its own scent, that’s why I have lots of candles at home. I find that the Yankee Candles are the only ones whose perfume is really persistent and strong, so I prefer them. My last love: the Yankee Candle with Christmas Cookie scent. The bigger version with a ribbon around the neck is the perfect Christmas gift on a budget!
Fine or custom Jewels
You have to be careful with the jewels to give away: if you do not know the person who will receive them well, you risk choosing something a little “too much” that that person will never wear. So I always opt for two types of jewelry. Fine and delicate ones and personalized ones.
By fine and delicate I mean something like this lovely Fathom bracelet. The golden circle (which can also be chosen silver), is small and delicate, and the thread of the bracelet can be chosen according to one’s tastes. I opted for red because .. well, we’re at Christmas right? (FYI you can get a 10% discount on the site using the code 5BBQOJ at checkout!) My bracelet is specifically THIS. On the site there are various models (for men and women) all under 50 €!
I love personalized gifts. For this reason, if you want to make me really happy, give me something like this oNecklace ring. Delicate, fine, created of the size you want, with your own name or any word you want. I never take it off! The price starts from around € 30 upwards, depending on the model you choose and the material (there is also rose gold available!). Find the entire catalog to customize on the oNecklace website in the custom rings section, you’ll love it!
Go for the handmade
I love felt puppets. They are cute, they can be used as key rings, book ends, knick-knacks, or Christmas decorations. Prices vary but lots of personalized gifts can be found at fairs, Christmas markets or stalls in your city. For example, I love this flamingo that my friend Cristina made, isn’t it a love on my little Christmas tree? Follow her on Instagram for her future creations (she started recently, and she needs support!) you can find her as @fua_mi.
A coupon for a fun experience.. like with Alpacas?
A coupon is often the best choice. You can buy a voucher to give a friend an experience for two in the nature, an adventure in the city, a day at the SPA. If the person is close to you .. maybe he will take you with them as a companion! For example, I recently took part in a wonderful experience: trekking with Alpacas! In Italy there are various similar experiences on the Alps, but if you are in the vicinity of Ireland, we highly recommend the K2Alpaca experience in Wicklow. I am very much in love!
What do you think about those ideas? What will you give as a Christmas Present?
