The polka dot pattern is everywhere this season, on shorts and long fluttering dresses. I found this dress during a sale in Zara last summer, I never wore that until today. It’s so perfect for evenings – since colors are not super summer-ish – and I wore this with a short denim jacket and a fire red bag that matches the polka dots!
You already saw the belt and the boots almost everywhere, I know. But those are my must have for this spring summer! The belt in particular is not only perfect on fluttering dresses or high wasted shorts, but even with this bodycon dress. It moves the eyes from the (wide) hips to the (small) waist, which is perfect. Moreover, it suits the shade of the look and ads the brown color to the palette so that you can add more accessories to match that color as well. For me, I introduced to the look the wide brim hat and the light suede boots, and the colors are still in harmony. Isn’t it perfect for a walk in the city center or an aperitif?
The bag? I know, it’s funny, uh? It is not the main character of this look already made by strong contrasts (blue and red) but it also makes it sympathetic. It is wide and comfy, perfect for both summer and winter time (people who follow me on Instagram, did you remember I wore it in Miami as well?)
Do you like the look? Do you have a polka dot dress pin your wardrobe?
