Fall look: pleated skirt and second skin boots

The pleated skirt will never stop being trendy and it’s also one of my favorite garments: you can wear it in summertime, with crop tops and sandals, and in whimper with a wool sweater (and you save money since you can wear it 365 days a year). One of my favorite outfits is pleated skirt + sweater. Even better if you wear it with one of the trends of the moment: second skin boots. Well, mine are quite a hybrid, since they are velvet boots with the ankle part that looks like a socks. Call them whatever, they won’t mind.

Second skin boots and Salar bag super-matching!

So, I wore my second skin boots by Steve Madden with my new matching bag from Salar. Small, rounded and with a mixture of suede and leather, with shades of burgundy, super warm. The look is so autumn: the skirt has green shades with yellow highlights, the sweater is in senape-color, shoes and bag have wine shades. They are in the same colours of the leaves, and I really love those shades, literally.

A versatile fall look

I felt cheeky and I didn’t wear tights. Weather is confused here in Dublin, now there are again 20 degrees, in August I was already with my wool scarf and now I’m almost sweating. I decided to trust the weather once, I wore this look even without the coat, and it worked well. This outfit is perfect to have a walk in the city center with friends – I would only change shoes – or even for work, for the length of the skirt.

Furthermore, there is my new necklace from Kate Spade New York: rose gold necklace with capital initial letter engraved on it, my E. Soft, minimal, it’s perfect for every occasion and look. And it’s super personalised, as I loved.
